Our Operations Centre is staffed by experienced, multi-lingual staff. And it’s open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
When you call, we’ll ask you for:
- Your name
- Your location
- Your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- A brief description of the incident
- A contact telephone number
If your car has been involved in an accident, we’ll also ask you to describe the damage and tell us the details of anyone else involved.
Jaguar Roadside Assistance is available across Continental Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (excluding Aland), France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, the Republic of Ireland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
