SALVAGE & TOWING
BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE
If a breakdown or technical problem (when the warning light illuminates) prevents you from beginning or continuing your journey in one of the authorised countries, Jaguar Support will arrange on-site repair where possible (and legally permitted) if telephone support is insufficient, and will offer a towing service to the nearest authorised JLR Reatiler for diagnosis or repair if roadside repair is not possible.is not possible.
Even in incidents that are your responsibility, such as having an empty tank or filling up with the wrong fuel, losing your keys or battery failure, Jaguar Assistance will provide the support you need.
ACCIDENT ASSISTANCE
If you are in one of the authorised countries and are unable to continue your journey due to an accident, Jaguar Roadside Assistance will arrange towing service to the nearest JLR Approved Repairer if roadside repair is not possible.
