A direct number to the dedicated in-market Stolen Vehicle Tracking Centre is also available on the Remote App.

THEFT ALERT

If your vehicle is tampered with or stolen, our dedicated Stolen Vehicle Tracking Centre is instantly alerted. You’ll also receive a notification via the Remote App and SMS. For added protection, all Remote App features will be temporarily disabled during the incident.

INFORMED TRACKING AND RECOVERY

In the event of a theft, the Stolen Vehicle Tracking Centre will promptly contact you to confirm the incident. Once verified, we’ll work directly with law enforcement, using real-time GPS tracking and other methods to help swiftly locate and recover your vehicle.

GUARDIAN MODE PROTECTION²

Alerting you to any unauthorised interaction with your vehicle - even if it's opened using your own keys - Guardian Mode helps you to feel peace of mind from your living room, a restaurant or anywhere else in the world. Add an extra layer of protection by monitoring your vehicle during a time window you choose.

TRANSPORT MODE³

If your vehicle is being transported, such as on a ferry or trailer, enable Transport Mode from the Remote App or the InControl Portal to avoid unnecessary alerts. Once switched on, Transport Mode is available to be set for up to 72 hours.

SERVICE MODE³

Service Mode helps you to avoid unnecessary alerts when your vehicle is with your Retailer. You can activate Service Mode in just a few seconds via the Remote App or using the InControl Portal. Once switched on, Service Mode is available to be set for up to 72 hours.

ACCREDITED SECURITY TECHNOLOGY

Secure Tracker Pro offers enhanced security through accredited technology, meeting the rigorous standards set by the UK’s leading authority on automotive risk intelligence for Thatcham S5 Category compliance.

In the event of an attempted theft, you’ll receive an alert, and our Stolen Vehicle Tracking Centre will be notified. Your vehicle’s location is then shared with local law enforcement.

Secure Tracker Pro also includes secondary authentication that is built into your Smart Key, adding an additional layer of protection.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you are an existing customer, check your InControl subscription is up to date and download the latest software updates to the Remote App. These can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance.

Optional features and their availability may differ by vehicle specification (model and powertrain) or require the installation of other features in order to be fitted. Please contact your local Retailer for more details or configure your vehicle online.

In car features should be used by drivers only when safe to do so. Drivers must ensure they are in full control of the vehicle at all times.
